H1B Filed After RFE answered H1B withdraw Notice sent to USCIS. in the mean while H1B Got approved

Hi all, 

Employer Filed H1B petition (Change of Status from F1 to H1B)for 2018. Got RFE for H1B petition on Aug and Answered in November. Due to some reason left company who filed H1B. Company sent H1B withdraw Notice to USCIS in Nov month ending. 

H1B Approved petition came on Feb 23rd and Sevis got Terminated. 
Is the withdraw petition still active? what if USCIS approve the withdraw request. 

What are the possible ways to maintain status?

Your employer's attorney could call to USCIS, or put in a ticket and get the latest update.

Also, if they want to hold withdrawal, they can do that too.

Once more suggestion, don't completely rely on Online case status, check with old employer, if they received any notice or any other latest information on your case.
