Shalini Gupta
I'm working on F1-OPT and I have the following option to continue working: 1. File my H1B through my employer - Project is currently approved and it has high chances of getting extended but it'll be difficult to get client letter at the third party location 2. File H4 and H4-EAD - This is preferred as it would provide more flexibility to be with my newborn. 3. Can I file both? What will happen if both get approved? 4. Can I work on F1- OPT while waiting for H4-EAD? Thanks for the help. Quote Link to comment

You can work until your F-1 OPT expiry date. Quote Link to comment
