Salary and Role changed between visa approval and stamping

Hi,

 

My H1b visa approved for software developer position as per LCA but now my role changed from software developer to Senior software developer and I got some raised in salary.

 

Now I am planning to go for stamping in India. Will it be okay to mention new position and salary without any amendment. 

 

If yes then can I mention current position as Senior Developer and raised salary in DS160. Does it matter if its different than LCA.

In my opinion, if you do not have enough time before you travel keep your tile same as your current I-797 notice. Raise in pay can always be justified as "performance based Increment".
