Sujitk
Hi.. My H1B is getting expired in a month. Can I be still able to file my extension? Should I file in premium? Is there any limitation that I should not file my extension with in x number of days of visa expiration? Please advise the approach... Quote Link to comment
Sujitk
Everything. Good. If visa is expiring on 30 March and today is 25 February. Can I be still allowed to apply Visa extensions? LCA might have to process. Included H4 extensions as well. By what date my company can file my extensions? Quote Link to comment
permaudit
You have to make sure that USCIS gets all the documents by March 29th and a receipt number is generated. Quote Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
For LCA expect 5-10 working days. But as soon as you get the LCA approved, same day your attorney will be able to file extension, if you/attorney have done the rest of the work meanwhile. Quote Link to comment
