Now employer E has filed amendmend for me for change of client C2 location as my assigment has got over with client C1. Based on H1b amendmend receipt for Client C2, I started working with Client C2 on sept 2017. On Jan 2018 I received RFE from USCIS. My employer has replies RFE....now Q1. What if my H1b amendmend gets rejected with Client C2? Q2. Can I continue working with C2? Q3. Can my employer file amendmend again for client C2 or another Client C3? Q4. Will I have to leave country in any of the above case? Quote Link to comment
