Hi,
I got a response from USCIS : Fee Will Be Refunded.

Actually I have I-140 Approved with Employer A and then Moved to Employer B and got another I-140 Approved. Now due to some reasons, I joined back to Employer A and applied for H1B Transfer or Extension with Level 2 wages in Sept 2017. 

Now I got response from USCIS : Fee will be refunded. Will this have any affect only RFE and any rejections? What exactly this means to me?
