Altvista Posted February 21, 2018 Report Share Posted February 21, 2018 Applied H1B extension on 7/28/2017. got RFE on 11/28/2017 and replied to RFE on 2/8/2017. Still my case status not changed to received response. Still in evidence mailed status. RFE is for wage level,org structure and client letter. What are the chances of getting approved if there are cases which was approved based in same LCA ? Please let me know if there is any risk in upgrading to premium as I have travel plans end of March.
