H4 travel with previous employer valid visa

I have H1B with company 'A'. My depedents are having valid H4 visa of Company 'A' till Aug 2020 and went to india for vacation. they will be back to US on May 2018.

My H1B visa has been transferred with Company 'B'. 

My question is

1) Whether My dependents (spouse and son) can travel with same H4 visa of company 'A' on may 2018.
2) Do they need to go for stamping again in india for getting H4 visa of company 'B'

Please advise on this and share your experience

H4 status is not employer based but on your valid H1 status with ANY employer.
