H4 status when out of country/ with spouse h1 transfer

Hello,

 

Please advice -

I am on H4 dependent visa and am currently in India. I got my visa stamped last nov and is valid till 2021 and  planning to return to the US by end of April. My husband got another offer from a different company and is filing h1. I have two twin daughters who are in India on visitors visa which will expire on 2nd of May.

So my question is, how do we go about my H4 visa. Do we need to apply for her H4 visa along with his H1B transfer?  

 If so, can we apply while I am in India? And if we can then does it have to be approved before end of April for me to come back to the US

Also, I have H4 EAD card. Do we need to re apply for EAD? Current EAD is expiring on 1/1/2021.
