Safi Posted February 22, 2018 Report Share Posted February 22, 2018 @sathi1985 240 days rule is considered from the date of I-94 expiry which should match your latest i797 petition. It doesn't matter you get RFE or not, its for normal processing of H1B extension. Quote Link to comment
