raina
My H1B Transfer was initiated to my new company (I still have 4 more years cap)and I have received RFE saying that my educational background is not relevant to position offered. I am from non-computer science background. As I still working in same company and I will not get any experience letter. So I am sharing the certifications (total-4, relevance to field) that i have to the attorney and I do have 6+ years experience in IT. Any additional documents that I can submit to make my case stronger? Also How much possibility is there for approval? Link to comment
The Other Guy
I do not think certifications helps. What is your educational background ? What is your job title/field specifically ? I have seen post from non CS background people getting H1 approved with solid supporting documentation. Link to comment

NotAnAttorney
These type of RFE's are getting complicated these days, not so easy to prove. Prepare for the worst.( Not to scare you, but that's today's situation) Link to comment

NotAnAttorney
That education evaluation ideally should not include certifications. If your attorney tell so,that's fine...update us on this post if possible....when you have an update about your case. Link to comment
