H1 Ext on I-140 - RFE -Denied : Total H1 - 9 years (EVC)

Hi,

Dec 6 - Application filed at California in Premium Processing
Dec 18 - got RFE on specialized Occupation
Jan 29 - sent RFE response
Feb 12 - Denied 

my studies - Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engg

I have currently I-94 till April. My Employer said he is going to re-apply with a newer one.

1. If my company files again and if it is denied again in PP. What are my options?
2. Can i do a transfer to another company at the same time for the same job position ?
3. Can i apply as new application for h1 quota in April 1st week?
4. How many days i can stay inside US after my denial?
5. If i apply extension in regular processing.how long can i work and stay?

6. Any options to work in canada?

Anyone got rejected twice ?

What was your position in the company?  You can certainly try and get a H1 sponsor and leave and return with the H1 visa on approval.

Software Engineer. Whats wrong with my current employer? They filed mine for several times.  I can definitely try your suggestion but not sure of it, as things are changing currently.

I never expected that my h1 extension would be denied. Also iam seeing lot of people getting RFE

Now a days salaries matter a lot for H1B approval. Also the skill set should be complex enough for another degree personal
