Elaya Posted February 16, 2018 Report Share Posted February 16, 2018 Hi, My client office is in New York & California. My original petition was filed for New York and valid till March 2018. My employer filed LCA and Amendment for me to work in California also they filed my extension later for the same location(California) for the same client. But my Amendment got denied. Can I still work in California as my extension is filed for California? In case if my extension got denied, can I file for a new extension in US as my original petition is valid till March 2018.
