H1b Amendment and Transfer at same time

Hi,

Currently I have a RFE for H1B amendment for Employer A and I have employer B ready to file for transfer. My visa is valid for another 2 years.

1. What happens if RFE gets rejected. Do I have to leave country immediately even though have a valid visa. 

2. Can Employer B apply for transfer with premium processing while RFE for A is being processed.
