Moving back to Cap Subject employer from Cap Exempt Employer

Hello,

I currently work for a Cap Subject employer and am in my 4th year of H1B. I am currently in the process of transferring my visa to a Cap Exempt employer. If in the future I decide I want to move back to a Cap Subject employer is it possible to do so with a regular H1B transfer or will I need to go through the lottery process all over again?

As your initial was counted against cap quota, you can move to cap subject employer again.

Thanks for the quick response. That is good news! I've confirmed the same with the attorney as well on Friday.
