DJreddy
Hi, My H1 was approved in FY2017 this is my first H1 and came for visa stamping in Dec 2017. After administrative processing visa got rejected, coz there is no job in USA. Unfortunately contract got terminated in Feb 1st week due to lack of funds. When I spoke to my employer, he said US Consulate will send a note to USCIS to revoke my H1B petition. As per my employer its gona take around Yr time. My question is can I transfer my H1 to other employer from India and go for stamping again in this Year time or after a year. Will my case comes under CAP Exemption after my H1b is revoked or under revoke process by USCIS. Link to comment
