simransingh Posted February 13, 2018 Report Share Posted February 13, 2018 my application for COS from h1 to h4 and h4ead was filed together. I received receipt notice on 2/5 for both. My application was sent to Vermont Service Center. Is it going to take more than 90 days? Or there is slight chance that H4 and H4EAD gets approved together? Is it better to get H4 stamped from India and then apply EAD? Will that be quicker? Quote Link to comment

shwetashah25 Posted February 16, 2018 Report Share Posted February 16, 2018 i have same question, can someone reply H1 to H4 COS (i-539) and H4 EAD (i-765) filed concurrently in Jan 2018 -at VSC. It shows 9 month delay in i-539 for VSC. Should i expect both H1 to H4 COS and H4 EAD both will be approved based on i-539 current processing times at VSC i.e Some time after Oct 2018 or will it be done in 90 days i.e around Apr/May 2018.
