H1 Transfer of Company X and Amendment of Company Y how will this effect

Currently working on H1B for Company A. Applied for H1 Transfer to Company B and received RFE still not replied.

Now i am applying for Amendment in Company A.

Can you please help by answering,

1. Will H1 B transfer effected new Amendment 

2. Will Amendment get effected by Transfer.

None of it should have impact on each other, assuming the amendment work location and new H1b(transfer) work location are both different and also assuming you have valid i-94.
