Hi, I am on H1 valid until end of 2019 and with an approved i140 (approved in 2016). My spouse works in H4 EAD and the EAD is valid through end of 2019 as well. If I switch job and if my new employment do not file PERM for me before Dec 2019, what will happen to my spouse's EAD. The recent rule says that an employer cannot withdraw/cancel an approved 140 if it is has been more than 6 months since it's approval - will this protect my spouse's EAD post 2019?
