Thilak Posted February 11, 2018 Report Share Posted February 11, 2018 I am here in the U.S in L1 visa with family. I have to get my H1B stamped in chennai - India (not COS). Meanwhile if I travel to Australia for a month in Feb 2018, can I get my visa stamped in India enroute to US, while the rest of my family is still in the US? If the H1B stamping has to be done for the entire family, can I get it done later? Will I be able to travel back from Australia to the U.S this April 2018, without any immigration bottlenecks with existing L1 Visa which is valid till 2019? Quote Link to comment
