My PERM application (ETA 9089 - EB2) was filed in December 2017; current stamping is expiring in October 2018. Should I wait for my i-140 approval and apply for the extension in order to get 3 years extension or go ahead with the regular extension (which in my case would be for just 1 more year)? I'm confused and worried because of the volatility of h1b extension situation. Quote Link to comment
