Visa Stamping - After H1-B transfer

Dear Team,

I have valid visa till 2020 and i am planning to change employer on H1-B.

1)Once my H1-B transfer approved with new employer,If i traveled to home country for visit,Do i need to go for visa stamping?

2)I am planning to sponsor for my parents Visiting visa,Can i do between H1-B transfer to new employer?What documents they need to show in case of LCA approved with new employer?

1. You can use the existing visa and the new petition to come back.

2. No need for sponsorship.

Its a myth, there is no such thing like "Sponsorship for visitors visa", for your parents visitor visa they do not need any of your document, all they have to mention about you for the respective question in DS160 and if asked during the interview.
