Raakesh
I am in India with client A . I was in US till AUg-2017 and got extension approved for client A. I am moving to client B and have to do amendment and yet to be stamped. 1.) Can i do stamping after LCA is received for new location or do i need whole amendment to be approved. 2.) Can i travel with the existing petition and new LCA or do i need whole amendment to be approved. 3.) How much is processing time for amendment in regular processing . Quote Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
Until when do you have visa? 1. Wait until amendment is approved, only then you can go for stamping, LCA doesn't add any value in this context. 2. If you still have valid visa stamping and if you are going to work for client and location that is approved per initial H1B, then you can travel. 3.It could take anywhere from 1-6 months or even more in some cases, better upgrade to premium asap, again premium processing might be most likely suspended once USCIS starts processing FY'19 season petitions.
