Daneesh Posted February 8, 2018 Report Share Posted February 8, 2018 My husband's H1B visa transfer/extension under new employer was applied on August 30, 2017 to Vermont Service Center and there is no update as of now. We had not applied for my H4 transfer then. Our visa is getting expired in June 2018. Is it possible to apply for H4 extention when the H1B transfer is still in process or should we wait for approval? Quote Link to comment
