girikrishnans Posted February 6, 2018 Report Share Posted February 6, 2018 Dear Attorney, My Visa Expiring on 30 April 2018. We applied extension and got approval in 02 Feb 2018 to March 2019. Please guide me if I need to travel back to India for Stamping is necessary or can I stay in USA until my new extension dates. Some one said I need to travel back to India and get stamping. Please let me know if it is necessary. I dont have any personal plans now to travel out of USA. Thanks so much for all your help... Link to comment

My wife & kids are here in USA with me and they have Visa until 30 April 2018. We applied extension this week (waiting for Receipt). Please let me know if they can stay in USA after 30 April 2018 and wait for Visa Approval. Please advice, so we can plan accordingly as Kids are going to School.
