H1B Processing Time - Vermont Service Center

My case was received by USCIS on July 12 2017.  USCIS case tracker still shows "Case Was Received" status. 

This is a H1B transfer from company A to company B.  Does anyone  here waiting from similar time period..?

I haven't yet received a response to my application for extension (on approved I 140) filed on July 5th, 2017 at the California Service Center.   USCIS, when contacted, has indicated to my employer/attorney that the case is within the normal processing time and will not not accept a Service Request as a result.  My case is a straightforward H1 B Extension for stay within the 6 year period.  There is no real clarity on what the internal processing window is and how long they are going to take to respond.
