worriedimmigrant Posted February 4, 2018 Report Share Posted February 4, 2018 Hello, Am working as a FTE for a Federal Client and recently my H1B extension was filed in premium processing and it was approved. A week later, my attorneys received Intent to revoke notice as my check for PP was bounced. The check was bounced due to a glitch from bank. Would my H1B be re-approved if we explain NOIR on what happened and send a new check? Quote Link to comment

It means working for a company that has products, not for a consulting company which has clients. The employer likely will have to file a new H1. They need to check with their lawyer.
