Sumit kalra Posted February 1, 2018 Report Share Posted February 1, 2018 I got stamping on H1b on Feb 2017 and was valid till 2019 Sept.I never travelled to US on that visa.I got a mail saying that my visa got cancelled by USCIS.Now is it possible that I transfer my visa to new employer so that I can travel to US for the job.My receipt number still shows on US site that my case was approved.I have I797 with me.
