SANDEPO Posted January 31, 2018 Report Share Posted January 31, 2018 Hi, Currently, am working full time for a non profit on my STEM OPT which started on Jan 29th 2018 and I have received RFE on my H1B-specialty occupation and my employer is working on it.I am Planning to travel to India on Feb 16th 2018 due to emergency.Now if they upgrade my H1B to PP before I travel and If my application gets approved when I am India I can ask them to Fedex me the docs and I can go for stamping.If my application is denied when I am in India,Can I still re-enter USA on my Stem OPT?Please advice!.
