sum_it_jec
Hi, I really need some suggestion here. I have i-140 approved in 2011 with employer A and now i am changing my employer A who filed this i-140. I just did H1 transfer with new employer B and got only 1 year extension.. my prev employer A is going to withdraw my approved i-140. 1. Can i extend my H1-B based with new employer B in future on I-140 which is going to withdraw by prev employer A ? because new employer doesnt have much time to initiate PERM again and as per USCIS rule published in Jan 2017 any body can extend their H1 with new employer even if previous i-140 withdraw by old employer. Is it true in my case ? please let me know . Thanks, sum Link to comment
