PERM pending and H1b 6 years completing

hi,

I am on H1b and my 6 years limit including all recapture time is end of July 2018. My PERM was filed in Jan 2018. Do we have enough time to get PERM approval and I140 approval and H1 b extension filed before July even with premium processing ?

My spouce has I 140 approved. I can apply for h4 EAD based on that. Should I think about applying for H4 ead as a safe option ? When is a good time to do that so I can continue to work after July in the case the PERM is still pending ?
