SAT_Arun Posted January 26, 2018 Report Share Posted January 26, 2018 Hi - I have my L1 & L2 extension in progress and my current I94 has expired. Also the L2 EAD has expired along the same time. While my L2 extension is in progress, would it be possible for me to apply for L2 EAD to save some time? Do I need to wait till my extension is approved or is there a possibility for me to save some time here? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
Attorney_15 Posted February 8, 2018 Report Share Posted February 8, 2018 A person with a pending L-2 request for status at USCIS is generally able to concurrently file an I-765 for an EAD Card to be issued once that L-2 status is approved. Quote Link to comment
