rrr2008
Once we are done with GC I140, when we can change the employer B, when we are on 6th of H1. 1. Is it necessary that we have to stay for more six months after the I140 approval? 2. Do we need to apply for extension with the current employer for another three years and then only move to employer B. 3. Is there any new rules on PP for I140. I heard like we can do PP only, when we finishing our six years of H1 and need an extension then only we do PP. Link to comment

In your transfer you should get 3 yrs based on your approved 140 from previous employer. Ofcourse you need to show that you have 3 yrs of employment from client. 3.
