pontevecchio Posted January 24, 2018 Report Share Posted January 24, 2018 Yes. Look up the visa bulletin and F3A and F3B and get an idea. H1 is dual intent allowing for Immigrant Intent. But B2 if applied for in future is subject to denial. Link to comment
