viktor01 Posted January 20, 2018 Report Share Posted January 20, 2018 I am currently in USA on H1B visa with 5 years completed and 1 more year left (green card process is not started). Before this H1B I had another H1B work permit from the same employer and I had used 2 years in 2006-2007. My previous H1B was not extended and a new one was filed. My question would be Is my old H1B still valid and if yes, then what is the process to use this with the current employer or a different employer. Link to comment
