Urgent!India travel

Hi ,

I was working with company and i had stamped visa in passport till june 2018.I joined new company 6 months back and h1b was transfered wth i797 valid till dec 2018.Meanwhile my client got changed so they filed amendment for me which is in rfe stage.I have to travel to India next month and return by march can i comeback without getting visa stamped and enter usa again.

You don't have to get a visa stamped, as you have got a valid visa until June 2018.  However, officer at the port of entry may ask you to show h1 approval notice, I-797,

Echo that ! Have done it multiple times and I 797 suffices.
