H4 visa interview after tracking passport its saying ADMIN processing

Hi I have attended H4 "( I have F2 visa stamped ) visa interview on 11th Jan 2018. VO said " you are all set it will take 7 days ". Yesterday I checked status but it is showing " Administrative processing ". I have flight reservation on 19th early morning. Please let me know how many days does it take for decision on the admin processing or should I cancel my flight.
