Vish_S Posted January 16, 2018 Report Share Posted January 16, 2018 I had my H1B visa which was valid till 03/2017. I got 221g during stamping in 2015 and returned back to H4 status. If I want to change my status back to H1B, Will it be cap exempted or it will a under new cap of 2019. Link to comment
