H4/H4 EAD validity in 60 days grace period of spouse's H1B

I have a question about H4/H4 EAD validity when the spouse gets laid off on H1B. The Spouse has a 60 day grace period to change the status but what happens to the H4 visa. Does it also get a 60 day grace or gets out of status immediately? And what happens in the case of H4 EAD- can they work till the end of the 60 days grace period?

To my knowledge, the 60 days grace period is for ONLY H1, not for H4.  The H4 will be considered "out of status" as soon as H1 lose their job or status, and there is no question of H4-EAD.
