Kiranmca04
Hi, I recently moved to a new employer (B) while H1b transfer is in progress under premium. Now my employer (B) informed me that I have got RFE. When I requested them to share the RFE document they said "It is not mandatory to share the document with employee". My question here is do I have right to ask RFE document? Or is it employer decision whether to give it or not. Please suggest Link to comment
Surfer123
Yes your employer is not bound to share details with you - H1B is an employer's petition and what they share or don't share is up to them Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
It is employer's discretion. Link to comment
keldhose
It is employer's discretion. H1b application is employer's responsibility. If they need some information/documents from you they will get it from you. Link to comment
