If I leave my current job on 5th feb and the new employer files H-1B transfer petition on 10th February, will I be out of status after 5th Feb? Or does the H-1B 60 day grace period mean I will not be out of status between leaving my job & when the new employer files petition on 10th feb? Link to comment
