Namassivaya Posted January 9, 2018 Report Share Posted January 9, 2018 Hi I am working on H1B and my tenure of 6 years has come to an end( just couple more months left). Now my employer is filing for recapture of those days that I was out of country(nearly 75 days). So my question is, if I don't hear approve/deny from USCIS before my passport stamped VISA expiry date, then would I be able to continue working till I get approval from USCIS ? By any chance if I get deny reason then would I have any grace period to leave USA ? Link to comment
