Viral Raval Posted January 9, 2018 Report Share Posted January 9, 2018 We were waiting for the decision on H4 EAD law suite filed by Save Jobs USA, and we thought we will get some news on 2nd Jan; however, not a single news about the court hearing. Could you please clarify on the following. What is the current status? What is the tentative deadline for the final decision? Is DHS defending its stand? What is the obvious outcome of this court hearing? Why there are no news on H4 EAD law suite yet? Link to comment

Meanwhile, DHS is preparing ground to publish new rules for H4-EAD next month in Federal register. So, once this new rule, which is pretty much proposes to rescind H4-EAD , finalized before July, then the court will dismiss the lawsuit. Link to comment
