H1B expiring with Pending PERM

Backgound:

H1B expiring after recapture all time outside US on May 3, 2018

PERM filed on Dec 19, 2017 (current processing time without audit is 4 to 5 months) 

Estimated PERM approval = May 18, 2018 - May 30, 2018

My U.S. Company has overseas subsidiary establishment in my home country, Hong Kong

Questions: 

1) Can i keep my U.S. employment and pay check while I physically outside the U.S.A.? 

2) Can i work remotely in Hong Kong for the same U.S. Company and receive paycheck in my U.S, bank account? 

3) Can i go to Hong Kong and apply a visitor visa (B1/B2) to come back to U.S.A. for Business meeting while I am waiting the I-140 approval? 

4) Can PERM processing status be checked somewhere? Or i have to wait the attorney for any news? 

5) Do i need to suspend my U.S. employment and start my Hong Kong employment with the oversea branch  (since i need to have income)?
