kulabhi Posted January 6, 2018 Report Share Posted January 6, 2018 Hi I have got my H1B in 2013 and I worked on it for around 6 months.Then I moved to L2 EAD as my spouse dependent. My H1 ppetition was approved from Oct 2013 till Sept 2016. I moved back to India in Jan 2017 as my spouse's visa was maxed out. Could you please advise if I can reuse my H1 without lottery , just with transfer. If yes , can it be done with I am still in India . Thanks Link to comment
