H1b Visa got revoked during Port of Entry as per the section 212(a) (7) (A) (i) (I) of the INA

I am seeking help from some one.

1) Can i go for H1b stamping again or not on same the approved I797
2) If yes, My employer is not ready to support further to provide for H1b VISA interview
3) My Spouse is working in USA, can i go for H4 visa stamping instead of H1b VISA immediately
4) If yes, what are the precaution need to take before H4 interview

I tried to enter USA with different location other than my employer location and I failed to prove that going to Employer location after few days, because of this reason they revoked my H1b.
