BBSKP Posted January 3, 2018 Report Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hi, My Family is in India and my H1 Transfer is in RFE Status. looks like take some time to get final response. Mean while can my Brother who is also in USA process B2 visa for my wife and kids so that they can come to USA on B2 ? Later they can change to H4 following the process. Can i do this way ?
