doneverluvme
I was in US on L1B with Company A and H1B visa was approved in Nov 2016 for Company B but COS was denied. Later my L1B extension was denied in Aug 2017 and i returned to India. So i never worked with Company B's approved H1B. Now i am trying to transfer my H1B to Company A. Questions? With the current situation Is it okay to file the H1B transfer to Company A ? Will there be any chances of denial? Wat are my best chances? any advice pls... Link to comment
pontevecchio
Assuming b is a genuine company and followed the rules and want you to work for them, you can get the visa and go ahead and then think of some other company. I am assuming everything was kosher with B in view of the denial of the COS? Link to comment
doneverluvme
COS denied because i traveled outside US during the h1b process. I am looking forward to work with Company A. Will there be any problem if i file transfer to A? Link to comment
