sgopireddy
Hi, Sorry if the question has been answered elsewhere. I used to work for a client "A" in Florida, Recently I found a new Job with Client "B" in Pennsylvania and I had to move. since I am on H1B I had to file an amendment for change of client.Recently my manager let us work 100% remote and I don't have to be onsite, I am planning to move back to Florida since I have a home up there which is in the same city as my previous Client. Do i still need to proceed with the Amendment since I am going to work for the same employer and stay in the same city as before ? Link to comment
NotAnAttorney
Simple answer Yes. Btw, its not you who files for amendment, and your employer should file for the same. Link to comment
