H1b status changed Denial to Case was received

Hi All,

Recently My H1b got denied on Dec-14th-2017(waiting for denial decision copy), after few days again it changed to status to "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed" on Dec-18th-2017and Dec-20th-2017

"On December 20, 2017, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXX, and mailed you a receipt notice. It is being processed at our California Service Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address"

1)      I would like to know why it got changed the status, does anyone experienced this issue?

2)      For anyone it got approved H1b After denial.

Could you please provide me your valuable comments?
